about us

At Middle Path, we believe that the foundation of effective therapy lies in the connection between clients and therapists. Our approach is rooted in building authentic, compassionate relationships that foster trust and collaboration. We understand that healing and growth are deeply personal journeys, and we strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through genuine, meaningful connections, we guide individuals on their path to well-being and self-discovery.

what we offer

individual therapy

We offer personalized one-on-one counseling to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and more. Our compassionate therapists provide a supportive environment where you can explore your concerns and develop effective coping strategies to enhance your well-being.

couples & relationship counseling

Strengthen your relationship with tailored counseling aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and deepening your connection. Whether you're facing specific challenges or seeking to enrich your relationship, our therapists are here to support you and your partner on your journey together.

group therapy

Our current group therapy includes a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) graduate group for individuals who have completed a full DBT program. This group provides ongoing support in applying DBT skills in daily life. We are continually expanding our group therapy options, so please check back for updates on new groups that may suit your needs.

we understand the exhaustion that comes from carrying the weight of painful memories, the anxiety that comes from setting boundaries, and the disconnection that can come from feeling overwhelmed. Whether you're drowning in stress, haunted by trauma, stuck in a toxic relationship, or battling substance use, we're here to help you face it directly and find a way through.
